- Grilled on the street and served outside at picnic tables.  The Conch Kebabs at Rose's are hard to beat!

Rainbow Restaurant
- Located on a pier over the water, the Rainbow has the best choice of seafood dishes, served outdoors.

Lazy Iguana Bed & Breakfast
- This is the nicest, small hotel on the Caye.  They serve the very best breakfasts, but to guests only.
