Swash Waves are higher here in the winter than summer. The waves here usually wash you into a calm area to allow you to summon your resources and try again.

The northern part of the Swash is called the

" Washing Machine ". Powerful tidal currents combine with bigger waves and shallow rocks. This is an excellent place to get crunched. Locals suggest that sailors jibe around before reaching this far north. Rescue is very

unreliable in this area.
